Great cartridge... I don't have any objections except for the small "cover", but I successfully refill it

The plastic fastener is a total disaster. It lasts for the initial refill only and breaks. I have been back to supplier for refunds but they say they will contact their supplier. I demand to have a refund for at least 10 if these cartridges which my disabled son uses. Where can I get a contact address of the company, i.e. Airstream itself to send my complaints. It's such a faulty product

The cartridges are great, but the plastic seal does not last long. I’ve had my device for a month and each time I open the cartridge to fill it with juice the plastic seal would tear a little each time. It also falls in to the cartridge into the cartridge and becomes difficult to get out.
The belo review is for coils but the cartridge is also great no spit back or leakage thanks.
